Turn your team's expertise into articles worth reading.
Create useful long-form social articles from approved expert input, then prepare and publish them through the agreed company or author accounts.
Scope and price are agreed before work starts. We review every request manually and respond within one business day.
/ What it is
Use this when the expertise exists but the article does not.
Your team has useful ideas in sales calls, internal notes, and expert conversations, but needs help turning them into readable articles. LinkedIn and Medium can complement the content on your own website.
/ Why now
Capture the insight from this quarter's work while your experts can still explain the detail.
Bring an expert's recent experience into a focused editorial brief. Agree the audience, evidence, and review time while planning your next publishing cycle.
/ Deliverables
What you receive.
Topic and editorial brief
The argument, the audience it serves, and the sources that would support it.
Interview-sourced draft
A draft written in the author's voice, built from expert interviews and source review, then fact-checked.
Headline, format, and visual direction
Headline options and platform-appropriate structure for LinkedIn articles and Medium, with chart or image direction where it helps.
Approval and publishing handoff
An approved article, formatting notes, and a record of publication and any agreed performance measures.
/ Illustrative article concept
Before you automate inventory counts, map the exceptions.
Illustrative article concept, not published client work.
Opening
An inventory process can look consistent on paper while store teams handle exceptions differently. Start by documenting those decisions before choosing what to automate.
Source plan
Proposed inputs: an interview with a client expert and a documented inventory workflow. Confirm the facts and permissions before drafting.
Outline
Map the exceptions. Identify who owns approvals. Set the checks needed before automation.
/ Workflow
How an article moves from interview to publish.
Interview your experts and gather the sources that support the argument.
Draft in the author's voice, then fact-check and review with the named contributor.
Approve and hand off for publishing. The account used and who actually posts are agreed before work starts; managed publishing is included only where access is explicitly scoped and approved.
/ Why now
Publish while the category is still being defined.
AI systems and buyers continue to encounter new pages, research, discussions, and videos. Useful, approved evidence published now can become part of the source environment future answers evaluate. Outcomes still depend on relevance, quality, access, platform behavior, and independent editorial decisions.

Planning estimate only. Final scope, cadence, dependencies, third-party costs, and commercial terms are confirmed in a written statement of work. AI rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, and editorial outcomes are not guaranteed.
Measurement describes a defined sample of prompts, platforms, and locations on the dates observed, and results vary between runs. Client factual approval is required before anything is published, and publishers and platforms keep editorial and ranking control.
We review the configuration for dependencies, sequencing, feasibility, and third-party costs before proposing a final scope.

/ FAQ
Common questions.
Who writes and approves the article?
Your experts supply the input and review. CiteWorks structures the argument, drafts in the author's voice, edits, and fact-checks. Nothing publishes until the named contributor approves it.
Which account publishes the article?
The default is a handoff to a client-controlled, authorized account. Managed publishing is available only where access is explicitly agreed and approved before work begins, so the account used is decided in advance, not during publishing.
Can we use existing research?
Yes. We agree which material can be used, confirm permissions and attribution, and adapt the article for its audience and platform.
How is cadence and performance handled?
Cadence follows your experts' capacity and an agreed plan. We observe and report what actually happened. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, or citations, since platform distribution is not within our control.
