/ Pricing & Scope

Build the scope around your priorities.

Choose the services and quantities that matter now. The estimate updates as you configure it, and the mix can change as measurement shows where the strongest opportunities are.

There are no preset plans. Final scope and commercial terms are confirmed in a written statement of work.

/ Transparent units

Transparent units. Custom combinations.

Some companies need a controlled benchmark first. Others already know they need page optimization, research, technical implementation, publishing, or video. Select one service or combine several. The holistic system is often stronger when the gap crosses multiple surfaces, but no service is automatically required.

/ Pricing & scope

Configure the scope around your priorities.

Adjust the quantities to create a planning estimate. You can use a service on its own or combine it with the full five-step system. We review every configuration before work begins.

Intelligence and measurement

Monthly · $100 per buyer-intent cluster

1 cluster = 10 related buyer-intent prompts. The controlled starting benchmark is 10 clusters / 100 prompts across 6-7 agreed LLMs, or approximately 600-700 prompt-platform runs per wave.

Planning estimate only. Final scope, cadence, dependencies, third-party costs, and commercial terms are confirmed in a written statement of work. AI rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, and editorial outcomes are not guaranteed.

Measurement describes a defined sample of prompts, platforms, and locations on the dates observed, and results vary between runs. Client factual approval is required before anything is published, and publishers and platforms keep editorial and ranking control.

We review the configuration for dependencies, sequencing, feasibility, and third-party costs before proposing a final scope.

/ Buyer guidance

How to choose without overbuying.

Protect the benchmark.

If visibility is not yet measured, begin with the 10-cluster controlled baseline before scaling production.

Fund the measured gap.

Add pages, content, evidence, technical work, or distribution where the benchmark and business priorities justify them.

Rebalance after remeasurement.

Increase, maintain, narrow, replace, or stop workstreams based on dated observations and commercial priorities.

/ Commercial notes

How the commercial model works.

  • One-time fees are invoiced at kickoff unless otherwise agreed.
  • Monthly recurring services are billed monthly in advance unless the executed agreement says otherwise.
  • Third-party fees, sponsorships, media spend, survey panels, customer incentives, licensed data, and similar external costs are excluded unless explicitly included.
  • Client approval is required for company facts, claims, policies, pricing, guarantees, regulated language, and publication-ready materials.
  • Quantities define capacity and commercial scope. Work is still prioritized around the highest-value measured opportunities rather than low-value volume.
  • No specific AI ranking, citation, traffic, revenue, score improvement, positive sentiment, or placement is guaranteed.

/ FAQ

Pricing and scope questions.

Can we buy one service on its own?

Yes. Set every other quantity to zero and send that scope for review. If we identify a dependency, we will explain it before any agreement.

Why is this an estimate rather than checkout?

Enterprise delivery can depend on markets, platforms, access, approvals, technical conditions, and third-party costs. The configurator makes the commercial logic transparent; the written scope confirms the final commitment.

Can quantities change later?

Yes, by agreement. The service mix can expand, contract, or rebalance while the controlled measurement benchmark remains stable enough for comparison.

What does “at cost” mean?

Approved third-party spend is passed through at the actual or agreed commercial treatment. It is shown separately from CiteWorks service fees.

Does a larger scope guarantee faster results?

No. More volume does not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, or revenue. Scope should follow the measured gap, delivery dependencies, and business priority.
