/ Company Social Content & Distribution

Put freshly optimized content in front of the audience you already have.

Publish approved messaging through owned social channels, monitor relevant buyer questions, and use the resulting observations to inform the broader GEO program.

Your team approves every factual claim before publication. Scope and price are agreed before work starts. We review every request manually and respond within one business day.

/ Overview

Distribution through accounts your company owns.

This service works with client-owned company profiles. We agree which approved accounts are in scope, who approves content, and whether publishing is handled by your team or by CiteWorks under explicitly authorized access.

It is a distribution capability, not a general social media marketing retainer. The starting point is always content that already exists or has just been improved.

/ How it differs

Not the same as Native LinkedIn Content.

Native LinkedIn Content is LinkedIn-first original expert content, developed from interviews and expert input for the LinkedIn feed.

Company Social Content & Distribution takes existing or newly optimized website content, research, cases, and evidence and repurposes it across the approved company profiles in scope. Which platforms are used depends on where your audience actually is, and we make no claim about which network performs best.

/ How it works

Published work should not stop at the website.

Distribution starts from content that already exists or has just been improved, and ends with observations that inform what to work on next.

Source material

Freshly optimized website content or research

Newly published or improved pages, studies, case studies, or other approved evidence produced in your engagement.

Adaptation

Social content angles

The useful ideas inside the source content, framed for the audiences your approved company accounts already reach.

Client-approved posts

Copy, links, and any agreed creative, checked by your team for factual accuracy and voice before anything is published.

Publication

Authorized company social accounts

Publishing happens on your own company profiles, either by your team from a ready-to-publish handoff or by CiteWorks where access, approval, and responsibility are explicitly agreed.

Feedback

Observed performance and next content suggestions

A dated summary of what was published and what the available platform and site analytics show, used to suggest the next content and distribution priority. Reach, engagement, traffic, and rankings are never guaranteed.

/ Why now

Good content already published is the easiest thing to share.

Pages and research your team has already approved represent work that has been paid for once. Putting them in front of the audience you have built costs less effort than creating something new, and the observations feed the next content decision.

/ Deliverables

What you receive each cycle.

Every cycle produces a plan, approved content, a publishing path, and an honest read of what happened.

Plan

Monthly distribution plan

The cycle's themes, posting cadence, approved accounts, and review dates.

Asset selection

The website pages, research, or case studies worth distributing this cycle, and the reason each one was chosen.

Produce

Social copy from approved sources

Post copy derived from your published or newly optimized content, never invented claims.

Light creative direction

Simple supporting assets or visual direction where that is agreed in scope.

Publish

Link and campaign recommendations

Destination links and UTM or campaign tagging recommendations where appropriate, so your analytics can attribute what it is actually able to attribute.

Handoff or managed publishing

Publishing-ready assets for your team, or publishing through authorized company accounts when that access and responsibility are included in scope.

Review

Monthly observation summary

What was published, on which accounts, on which dates, and what the available platform and analytics figures show for that period.

Next-cycle suggestions

Which content or angles look worth repeating, adjusting, or retiring, and what may deserve distribution next.

Reporting is limited to what platform and website analytics can genuinely show. We do not claim attribution beyond that, and we do not promise reach, engagement, traffic, leads, rankings, or AI citations.

/ Workflow

From published content to the next priority.

  1. 01

    Choose what deserves distribution

Review recently published or improved pages, research, and cases, then agree what is genuinely useful to share.

  2. 02

    Develop the angles and posts

Draft the copy, links, and any agreed creative directly from the approved source material.

  3. 03

    Client reviews facts and voice

Your team confirms every factual claim and the tone before anything is scheduled.

  4. 04

    Publish or hand off

We publish through authorized company accounts where that is agreed, or deliver publishing-ready assets to your team.

  5. 05

Review and suggest the next cycle

We summarize the observed engagement and traffic signals available to us and propose what to distribute next.

/ Why now

Publish while the category is still being defined.

AI systems and buyers continue to encounter new pages, research, discussions, and videos. Useful, approved evidence published now can become part of the source environment future answers evaluate. Outcomes still depend on relevance, quality, access, platform behavior, and independent editorial decisions.

/ Pricing & scope

Planning estimate only. Final scope, cadence, dependencies, third-party costs, and commercial terms are confirmed in a written statement of work. AI rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, and editorial outcomes are not guaranteed.

Measurement describes a defined sample of prompts, platforms, and locations on the dates observed, and results vary between runs. Client factual approval is required before anything is published, and publishers and platforms keep editorial and ranking control.

We review the configuration for dependencies, sequencing, feasibility, and third-party costs before proposing a final scope.

/ System fit

Available as a focused service or part of the five-step system.

Buy this workstream on its own when the deliverable and owner are clear. Connect it to the full system when measurement should determine the topic, evidence, priority, distribution, or remeasurement plan.

/ Boundaries

What is not automatically included.

These can be added only if they are separately agreed, scoped, and priced:

  • Replying to every comment
  • Direct messages
  • Customer support handling
  • Paid social campaigns and third-party media spend
  • Influencer outreach
  • 24/7 community management
  • Access to personal profiles
  • Guaranteed reach or engagement

Managed publishing requires authorized account access and explicit client approval of every post.

/ FAQ

Common questions about social distribution.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. We work only with client-owned company profiles you approve. Personal profiles are outside default scope.

Do you publish, or do we?

Either. The default is a publishing-ready handoff. Managed publishing is available where account access, approvals, and responsibility are explicitly agreed in writing.

Which platforms do you post on?

The approved company profiles agreed in scope, chosen around where your audience already is. We do not claim that any one network performs best.

Will this improve rankings or AI citations?

We cannot promise that. Distribution puts approved content in front of an existing audience. Reach, engagement, traffic, leads, rankings, and AI citations depend on factors outside our control and are never guaranteed.

What can you actually report?

What was published, when, and on which accounts, alongside the platform and website analytics figures available for that period. We do not claim attribution the data cannot support.

/ Next step
